Items must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved returns will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
